Shipping 

• Our orders are sent via Courier - Fastway Couriers | The Courier Guy across South Africa.

• Delivery time frames will be between 3 and 5 working days from the time of order. 

Returns 

• Refunds are given if your product is faulty, or damaged. 

• Refunds will not be given due to a change of mind. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss via orders@bandb.africa 

• If your device is faulty please contact us via orders@bandb.africa this will allow us to complete some troubleshooting with you and determine the next steps. 

Limitation of Liability and Warranty

• B and B Activities (PTY) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products.

• Bodyclock TENS devices have a 1 year warranty and SensaTONE devices carry a 5 year warranty.
